Can I walk in anytime or do I need an appointment?

In order to maintain quality of service and assist everyone quickly, we are appointment only at this time.

How long will I have to be at your shop when I come by?

It typically takes about 5-15 minutes to complete the check in and diagnostics process. Please schedule an appointment prior to arriving.

I'm not able to make it into your shop, are there any other options?

You're welcome to schedule a pickup or have us come to you. You can set that up here!

How long will the repair take?

Computer repairs generally take about 1-5 business days (5-7 business days if parts need to be ordered).

If the computer is needed sooner, we are often able to expedite the repair process to as quickly as 1-5 hours.

iPhone repairs generally take about 30-60 minutes from the check in time.

How much will the repair cost?

Most repairs range from $80-$200. However, they can be significantly lower or higher depending on the parts and labor required. If you'd like an exact quote, you're welcome to bring the device by for a free diagnosis. You can also view our prices here.

Do you offer a student discount?

We offer students higher priority in our queue. This results in a turn around time of 1-2 days rather than 3-5 days. Make sure to bring your ID for verification!

Can I buy parts from you?

At this time we do not sell parts separately from the repair process.

Is there parking available?

There is a parking lot across the street on Bainbridge between 4th and 5th.

I can't find your store front, could you give me some directions?

We're located directly across from the Ambra Restaurant and two doors south of Famous Deli.
